Welcome to The

Courage Room

The Courage Room

In the Courage Room, we are equipped through His Spirit to have courage in all areas of our life. Building on the foundation of Trust from the previous room, we are now given tools to develop our courage.
It takes great courage to pursue dreams, speak the truth, love others well, and become who God made you to be. In this room, God becomes our source of strength and courage.

Courage finds beauty in hardship. The word "crisis" comes from a Chinese word meaning pain, danger, and opportunity. Either you can fall to pieces, or you will find the beauty.

In 2005, God spoke to me about “The Return of the Kings.” This is a call for Hope Reformers, who are to be kings and queens of the earth. I saw them rise up to their true identity and calling in God through the Door of Love, Hope and Appreciation.  Jesus showed me that once they received the vision of who they were to be in God, the “Isaiah 56 Reality” happened, where the beasts of the field came to devour the vision.

In answer to this attack of the enemy, I saw these kings and queens receive the “Lion’s Second Roar.”  This was the Authoritative and Ferocious Roar of the Wisdom and Hope of God.  It will shatter the enemy's schemes and bring transformation in God to our own hearts, to others, to families, to businesses, to cities, and to nations. This “Second Roar” is confessing the true nature of God in and through us, through others, through the circumstances of life, and through the promises He has given.  It is walking out our next steps with strength and courage to speak, love, and pursue what God wants until His roar is sounded throughout the whole earth.

"And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established in the top of the mountains…" - Isaiah 2:2
"And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left…" - Isaiah 11:11
"Whom the heavens must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began." - Acts 3:21

Corner 1
Courage to Pursuing Your Dreams

The Greatest Courage is to Dare to Dream Again

I had the worst fear come upon me; that I would love & dream again.  I knew this meant that I would be called into action again, causing me pain. What would be the results if I didn't dream again? The plague of hopelessness might NOT be broken off the people that God created, who I love with God. To dream again is a gift, but it also comes with a beautiful responsibility! God has given this gift to others that our God of Hope becomes their “Unburied Treasure of Life”.

There was this fire against what has kept his children from moving forward and pursuing their dreams.”He is summoning us together to meet with the “God of Hope” & They will help dig up their buried treasures of life together.”  (Isaiah 45:1-3)

Corner 2
Courage to Speak Truth

Being Courageous to Call Forth Hope

There's a “Silver Lining” in the storm clouds of life. Some of them are Bible characters like Barnabas and Ruth. Others were real people from history like Winston Churchill and Norman Vincent Peale. Some are people unknown to the world, but extremely hopeful people, who Bob has known in life. Others are fictional characters like Pollyanna, even though Bob did not realize that her legs became crippled in the story.

The Lord Jesus then said to Bob, “If you added together all the hope in the lives of these people, it would only represent one percent of the hope that I have in My Heart for the cities and nations of the earth and also for the challenging situations of your life. I have also called you to become more hopeful than all these people put together. It is a new season when there will be grace for the ‘double portion' of hope. And even beyond this, it will be a season of 10x multiplication. There will be unprecedented manifestations of righteousness, peace and joy attended by endless celebrations. Hopes and promises that have been deferred and assaulted by a spirit of negation will be restored.”

Corner 3
Courage To Be You

Corner 3 | Courage To Be You

Here, you receive the courage to love and Be You, even the ones who don't understand you or who challenge and fight you. When you have the love and confidence in God, and who He is in you,  you will not be shaken by any rejection or misunderstanding.  The strength of the Lord is our source of our courage.

Mary, mother of Jesus. Do you have the Courage to speak your truth & bring forth the Seed of Truth that God has impregnated you with? It takes Courage to be like Mary & say

“Be it unto me, according to Your Word” - Luke 1:38

Mary had a courageous heart to carry Christ. She risked judgment & the potential rejection of marriage because of her pregnancy.  People must have thought she had cheated, lied, perhaps committed adultery.  We do not get the sense that she fought these accusations but simply trusted in God the same way she did when the angel came to her.  She "treasured all these things in her heart" so she hoped in God beyond the scorn of men.

Jesus. It takes Courage to Speak Your Truth in Love.  Jesus spoke the truth about who He was. He didn't care if he was ridiculed. He knew the truth about Himself and spoke it out with Courage and He changed the world.  Have the Courage to Speak the Truth about yourself to yourself. Ask Jesus: “How do You see me and who am I in Your eyes?” Declare that Truth over yourself with boldness & great confidence!

Courage will cause you to re-engage into relationships again that have been very painful to you. Courage causes you to realize that relationships never come with a guarantee, but you love people anyhow. Both Jesus and His mother Mary had to re-engage relationships where people had judged them inaccurately.  Mary had to go on living her life with her neighbors, even though those in Galilee still did not know who Jesus was and so did not understand the Amazing thing she'd done.  Jesus loved His apostles to the end. He bowed down and washed their feet at the Last Supper even though He knew they were going to betray Him.  He bravely included Judas even while He knew what he had done and it broke His heart.  Jesus made the choice to love them all until the end. He said, “I will never leave you or forsake you.”

Standing Tall

In the Courage Room, God will give you the Courage to stand up tall in the place that you were brought up in. You can’t feed your history and your destiny at the same time. So, you must give your history to God. Courage is having no anger in you and being pleased with who you are. The greatest gift of inheritance that you could ever have is that there would be no anger found in you. In Psalms 16, David sees human-beings as majestic ones. However later he complains about them. He then makes a great decision and says: “Wow my lines have fallen for me in pleasant places.” referring to the people he loved and he knew. (Ps 16:6) In Psalms 73; The people are not necessarily responding with their best to God. They are mean to Him, they ignore Him, and they even go after false gods. Here is God’s response to them: He draws them into the wilderness and speaks kindly to them. God: “I held them by the hand. I comfort and counsel them. I guide them into Glory.” All of a sudden the people have a change of heart and are on God’s side! It’s like Pharaoh when he hated and wanted to cream Moses. In the end Pharaoh winds up saying to Moses: “Take all the goods, all the spoil, leave; but before you go, bless me!” WOW!  from “I hate you” to “I see God is on you. I respect, appreciate and need you! Please bless me!” (Ex. 12:32)

In the Courage Room God gives you the ability to acknowledge what you have did wrong. Courage is to deal with your pain, and be able to endure hardship well. Courage doesn't desire any ill will towards anybody, but realizes agony and pain are part of your birth right. Courage gives you the ability to learn in spite of that pain and become who God has called you to be.

Courage is becoming you. The greatest question God is going to ask us before we get to the throne is not;
Did you love?
But it is....
Did You become You?
It takes Courage to be all that you can be!
Courage is accepting you for you.
Courage is to remain relational.
When you act like yourself, you return to joy.
You endure hardship well.
Courage faces that you are a human being.
It takes Courage to admit your mistakes.
Courage is to tell people you need them.
Courage is when you realize all that you are.
You might as well convince yourself that you have a wonderful design and take responsibility for it day & night.
Courage is asking, “How am I bigger? How am I better?”
You are all you have, so quit trying to be someone else. Just accept it. Courage is when you become you.

Corner 4
Courage To Hope Big

The Courage to Take New Territory

It takes Courage to take New Territory; to go where God is sending you, places where you have never gone before. Ruth and Abraham both went into new and foreign lands where they knew no one. That took great courage. But if they had not gone into these new lands then the lineage of Christ would not have come forth from the only child of Ruth and Boaz. For Abraham, he went into a new land and he ended up having more sons and daughters than the sand on the sea. All the Jews and Arabs were birthed from Abraham.

Don't Fear the End of the Manna

The Children of Israel – Joshua 5:12- For 40 years they had provision from heaven through the manna that fell. It was like having a steady job with the government for 40 years and you were provided for, but then they told you that they aren’t going to give you a pension, or suddenly you are fired from your job, lose an inheritance, an investment goes bad, or any other number of things that have been very relevant issues in our economy.

This feeling of not knowing where your next meal is going to come from or how you are going to have the money to provide for yourself or your family. This was what was happening with the children of Israel when the manna stopped falling from heaven. God had promised them that he was going to take care of them and then suddenly they are sitting on the edge of the promise land and nothing comes down from heaven. The wives and children are sitting there terrified because they have stored nothing up, but the Lord says to them that they must go into the land and make the land produce.

Most issues in the Body of Christ are associated with Courage. This is a constant theme in Haggai and Isaiah 56, they made decisions out of fear and lack of courage and it caused them to go backwards right when they were right there standing before the door of supernatural miracles and provision. These children of Israel were the ones who had the courage to go into the promised land and work to have the land produce and provide for them in even greater ways, even when the manna stopped falling.

Courage is Contagious

When everything was destroyed in Israel, Deborah had the courage come and she took over. She called out every tribe and she went through each one and told them where they had their issues. Only a few of the tribes had courage. She called them to rise up and they definitely did because they saw her Courage. Courage is infectious.
